Aims
- Strengthen regional integration between the applied mathematics societies of Argentina and Brazil, within the Latin American Council for Applied and Industrial Mathematics (LACIAM).
- Disseminate computational mathematics and its applications in engineering and industry.
- Contribute to the development of original mathematical methods motivated by scientific, technological, economic and social problems.
- Promote exchange among scientists, technologists and engineers.
- Train new researchers, bringing graduates, fellows and early-career scientists closer to applied mathematics.
Who should attend
Researchers, practitioners, graduates and students in mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology, computer science, economics and finance, and in systems, industrial and civil engineering, with an interest in computational methods, data science and applied artificial intelligence.
